PRICING

There is a fair market value for every authentic work of art. This value is contingent upon a variety of factors which include, but are not limited to, the demand and popularity of the artist. At H♥ART Gallery TN, it is our intention to make original art affordable as well as give back to the artist and the social agency where the artist created the work. As a 501c3 non-proft, we are able to forego a lot of the usual overhead and profit motive you will find in most retail galleries as our mission is to assist the artists and the agencies involved.

AUTHENTICITY

Each work of art is guaranteed authentic through H♥ART Gallery TN. A small bio of the artist will be included with each purchase.

PAYMENT

H♥ART Gallery TN accepts cash, checks and is now able to accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card for purchases. We accept phone orders for credit card purchases. We reserve to the right to refuse credit card shipments to foreign addresses if they do not go to the verified billing address. No art can be shipped until it is paid in full.

SALE PROCEED BENEFIT

A significant portion of each sale is 'given back' to the artist and/or the agency where the art work originated. Many local artists donate their time to mentor classes at other non-profit agencies in the area. Regardless of circumstance or talent, everyone is allowed to participate and gain the personal benefit and pride of creating something with their imagination allowing them the opportunity to express themselves.

SHIPPING

Shipments to Tennessee residents are subject to local sales tax.

We charge actual shipping and insurance costs, plus the cost of the packing materials. We never charge a handling fee.
